Orders.my is a free platform for both buyers and sellers. Where some other platforms could take up to 30% commission from sellers. Most Microprenuers are already selling food at an affordable price, we are committed to help these sellers keep their profit margin as well as ensuring affordable food is made available for everyday Malaysians.

It is an easy to use platform. We wanted to make the tech adoption to be as simple and as accessible as possible. We know that there is widespread use of Whatsapp so instead of reinventing the wheel, we decided to align the platform with other tech that people are already using en mass. So buyers go into our site, browse, select the food items, and fill in their order and delivery information. A Whatsapp message will then be automatically sent to the sellers connecting both buyer and seller, and they are able to continue to chat and confirm details of the order. This way, micropreneurs are not bogged down with learning a new digital platform.

Right now, our focus is to recruit more sellers to grow our listing in Klang Valley in order to provide as many options to the end consumers as possible. The next stage will be to expand nationwide.
