MOU – SIGNING WITH PT KUKUH MANDIRI LESTARI OF AGUNG SEDAYU GROUP

On 17 April 2020, whilst the world came to a standstill due to the Coronavirus-19 pandemic, KAI continued to seize development opportunities in Jakarta Indonesia.  KAI is honoured to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between ourselves and PT Kukuh Mandiri Lestari of the Agung Sedayu Group.

We will be co-developing plots within District 17 of the Pondok Indah Kapuk (PIK) 2 Development in North Jakarta.

MOU-SIGNING WITH TRINITI LAND

On 15 January 2020, an important milestone was reached when a Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) was signed between Kai Assets and Triniti Land. Triniti is an exceptional boutique developer in Indonesia that on the same day launched its first public listing in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. KAI will be working closely with Triniti to look at unlocking value in future pipelines in Indonesia, in the real estate sector. We will focus on international investment opportunities on behalf of Triniti Land and provide development management support particularly in larger township developments.

ARCHTECTURE MALAYSIA 1/32 Issue 1 2020

The work of Fred Lim, our design manager, was featured in the bi-monthly Archtecture Malaysia magazine.

The  work featured is a propsoed student housing complex as part of the new University of Malaya campus masterplan 2015.

ARCHTECTURE MALAYSIA 4/31 Issue 4 2019

The closing issue of the Architecture Malaysia magazine in 2019, featured our CEO, under the section ‘Speakeasy’ whereby individuals with unique and or outstanding contributions would share their experience in the architectural scene.

Mardiana spoke about her journey in a male-dominated field of construction and architecture and her contributions to the Malaysian academia, as a regular guest critique at several local universities here.
