KAI ASSETS is a Malaysian owned and independent consultancy firm based in the UAE with our Headquarters in Kuala Lumpur that specialises in real estate development.
Our core team members have more than 40 years experience between them managing end-to-end of the development process for a wide range of asset classes, including high-rise offices and condominiums, mixed-use developments, cultural, sports and entertainment assets, master-planned communities and more.
We are advisory experts with a portfolio of legacy and signature projects spanning across the UK, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Mongolia.

Developmental planning and strategic development manager with 21 years experience in the field of Development, Architecture, Planning, Urban Design and Placemaking, with a track record of award winning projects. During her tenure in top architectural practices firms in London and Hong Kong (KPF and RMJM), Mardiana delivered projects such as the Convent Garden Re-Masterplan and the Kangding Ecotourism Masterplan. Her affordable housing designs in Singapore and an integrated township in Selangor won several accolades. She also advises developers and landowners on Placemaking implementation, connecting them with her network of artists, performers and entrepreneurs. With a flair for writing, Mardi has written supplementary guidance documents for a UK authority, and contributes articles to several journals. She was previously Head of Bandar Malaysia Development in Kuala Lumpur. She has experience and is conversant with consultancy, Client side as well as authority roles.

A licensed auditor and professional accountant with over eight years in the assurance services industry, specializing in corporate audits, fraud investigation, dispute resolution, corporate compliance, anti-fraud, litigation support and forensic data analytics engagements.
Yann Chuan previously served Ernst & Young Mazars Malaysia as Senior Fraud Officer and external auditor respectively. His diverse portfolio encompassed included MNCs, GLCs, SMEs and publicly listed companies in construction, property development, airline, healthcare, heavy machinery, insurance, pharmaceutical, professional services firms, telecommunication, manufacturing, oil & gas amongst others. Yann Chuan currently leads the audit firm YC Yau & Co. as the managing partner.

Initially trained in Hospitality and Tourism management, Rez has managed real estate facilities of various uses and scales with his early training beginning in the UK. His sepcialisation is in facilities coordination of service providers and site contractors. His solid track record of thirteen years in the field of facilities management has allowed him to device work methodolgies and SOPs to ensure the safety and security of these facilities and the end user are never compromised at any point in time; and that residents and users are in no event put at risk.
